Lead Time 

Our standard lead time is 10 business days.  Specialty items may need additional time.

 

Freight

If your shipment will be shipped freight, Shipping is calculated based on 'dock to dock' - commercial delivery with a forklift or dock present. Freight shipments to a commercial address without a dock, forklift, or pallet jack will incur an accessorial fee for lift-gate service. 

Residential freight deliveries requiring a destination lift gate or specific delivery time are subject to accessorial fees. Please contact us for specific pricing.

Any damages incurred during shipment must be reported within 2 business days.

*Please note that any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address. 

 

International Shipping Terms

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. 

If International Shipping was not an option on the product you selected, it may be considered a hazmat for shipping.  Please contact for more details.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. EVO Lube Supply has no control over these charges, nor can EVO Lube Supply predict what they may be. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to  buying. 

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges.

Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Limitations 

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and any additional materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from EVO Lube Supply™, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations your destination country.  

 

Making a Return to EVO Lube Supply™ 

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened or unused merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used / Opened merchandise cannot be returned. 

 

Return Guidelines

These are EVO Lube Supply’s (“Us”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the EVO Lube Supply website.

For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged packaging ,unused and unopened with all packaging materials, . Any merchandise missing the original packaging cannot be returned.

The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. 

We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded. Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process. When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.

Products that are received by EVO Lube Supply™ in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you at your cost and expense:

 

  • -Any product not purchased from EVO Lube Supply™.
  • -Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.
  • -Any product that is returned without all original packaging 
  • -Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • -Any product that exhibits physical damage.
